C PLUS TRUST LIMITED C PLUS TRUST LIMITED has established and implemented stringent Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Hong Kong's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO), Chapter 615 of the Laws of Hong Kong, and the Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines issued by the Hong Kong Companies Registry. We conduct necessary reviews on all clients and properly maintain relevant records as required, fully fulfilling our AML/CFT compliance obligations.
Pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Chapter 615) of Hong Kong, as a licensed Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP),C PLUS TRUST LIMITED has established and continuously implements the following key compliance measures to strictly fulfill its statutory obligations:
